Construction start SANA MEDICAL CENTER

STEINFELD. GERMANY –  Healthcare center planned by 3deluxe for Gesundheitszentrum Kolpingstraße in Heilbronn is under construction!

On 1,600 square meters, a three-storey, modern healthcare center with an eye clinic, operating rooms and patient rooms for inpatient admission is being built.
In addition to the clean, aesthetic design of the building, the quality of stay and the well-being of patients and healthcare professionals were particularly important in the building design of 3DELUXE.

The façade, which is completely white and at the same time clear, has a dynamic and at the same time clear effect with its variously shaped, bluish glazing: soft and angular shapes, generous glass surfaces and small window elements, different window and parapet heights as well as orthogonal or bevelled window reveals work together in an exciting way.

The dynamism of the healthcare industry places high demands on building concepts, among other things due to the growing integration of smart interiors and AI, but also due to automated work processes and increasing hygiene requirements. It is important to look at design through the eye of the aesthete as well as with that of the eye of the scientist - as well as to adapt increasingly complex interior designs to human needs. In the research and healthcare sector, this can manifest itself in a lively and at the same time stringent architecture that knows how to take into account high-precision, seamless workflows and multiple uses and incorporates them into elegant design.
