SHARJAH. U.A.E. – Rethinking the future by embracing the past: Our Kalba Beach project has won Bronze at the 2024 IDA Design Awards in Sustainable Urban Architecture!
Built using rammed earth - an eco-friendly alternative to CO2-intensive concrete – this visionary development redefines sustainable coastal architecture. Located 60 miles east of the Dubai metropolitan area, the Kalba Beach development spans 30,000 square meters floor space and includes many buildings for cafés, restaurants, play and sports facilities and various amenities for beachgoers.
