SHARJAH CITY. U.A.E. – Construction work on the Al Heera Beach in Sharjah, UAE, which was designed and planned by 3deluxe, is now underway.

Three buildings and pavilion clusters featuring a total of 15 restaurants, mini-markets and various facilities including showers, changing rooms, WCs, etc. are taking shape between the beach and the promenade in Sharjah City.

Modern, beach-style wooden architecture and organically shaped, large shady roofs also built using timber are becoming the new urban meeting point on the beach of a city that merges with that of Dubai. They lie in close proximity to the yacht marina and its exclusive clubhouse, which are likewise being designed by 3deluxe.
